Reiki is a traditional Japanese method, applied in a calm atmosphere and without pressure. The focus is on relaxation and well-being. Your dog always decides for itself whether it wants to accept the session.

How I came to it

First for me, then for the dogs

When I first came across Reiki, I was going through a stressful time myself and noticed how calming it was for me. So I learned Reiki 1, practised on myself for a long time and later also used it with other people. Reiki 2 followed in the summer of 2026. Today I would like to offer this calm experience to dogs as well.

How it works

What a session looks like

  1. Arrival

    We look for a quiet spot. Your dog can move freely and choose how close it wants to come.

  2. Session

    How long it takes depends on the dog, usually just under half an hour, and never rushed.

  3. Rest

    Afterwards your dog gets time to rest. Many fall into a deep sleep.

Pole Pole. Arrive calmly. Just be.

Pole pole is Swahili for: slowly, slowly.

Getting to know each other is free.

We meet for a short walk of twenty to thirty minutes and see whether it fits. After that you know more than any website can tell you.
